Data and purpose

Contact form: name, email, phone, project type and message. Used only to answer your enquiry and follow it up commercially.

Newsletter: email address. Used to send one monthly update about materials and news; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Job applications: the details and CV you send to rrhh@matter-atelier.com. Used only for our recruitment processes.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the relevant box, and our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.

Retention

We keep your data while we handle your enquiry and afterwards for the legally required period. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and, if there is no position for you, for one year; they are then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by writing to rrhh@matter-atelier.com.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We work with hosting and email providers acting as processors under contract.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at info@matter-atelier.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
